Does The Bible Forbid These Five Foods? - Healthy Living Association

Does The Bible Forbid These Five Foods?

Dr. Frank Smoot has a doctorate in divinity and has taught me so much about God and the Holy Bible.

He’s also been a counselor and coach for the last 25 years helping people renew their mind, body and spirit with the teachings of Christ.

He also taught me something that shocked me: during biblical times, our ancestors actually lived very long and very healthy lives.

The average age was 70-80 years and this was during a time without modern medicine.

Those statistics that you see that show the average life span was around 35 years – they are misleading.  You see they are skewed by high birth mortality rates.

But if you saw your first birthday, you had a very good chance of seeing your 80th birthday in Biblical times.

How were they able to do this? Well, it wasn’t by hitting the gym. You can be sure none of our ancestors found themselves in fitness clubs or power walking around the neighborhood.

No. It all had to do with what they put in their bodies.  And maybe, just maybe, it was also about what they WEREN’T putting in their bodies.

So, what are these 5 FOODS?

Bible Scholar Reveals

[headline_arial_medium_left color=”#000000″]Bread With Yeast[/headline_arial_medium_left]

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]“Do not eat it with bread made with yeast, but for seven days eat unleavened bread” – Deuteronomy 16:3[/features_box_yellow]

Here’s one the Government would rather you didn’t know.

That’s because they’ve pushed the benefits of  breads on us for years. But even most of these breads contain sugars and starchy yeasts.

And you don’t have to be making your own bread. In fact sticking to breads like flat breads and sourdough breads that are made without yeast will help your health and your checkbook.

These kinds of breads help with your digestion and can rid your body of bacteria.

There’s a reason why gluten allergies are exploding in this country.   That’s because the wheat we now produce in this country bears little resemblance to the bread of our Biblical ancestors.

But there is a way to consume bread and gluten according the Word of God. It’s healthier for you and you don’t have to go on a crusade against carbs.  I’ll reveal it below…

[headline_arial_medium_left color=”#000000″]Extremely Undercooked Meats[/headline_arial_medium_left]

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]“Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.” –  Genesis 9:3-4[/features_box_yellow]

Eating uncooked or undercooked meats expose you to e. coli, almost every type of bacteria imaginable, and dozens of potential diseases.

But you can still enjoy your ‘rare’ cooked steak.

You just need to know my preparation secret so you can avoid the deadly diseases that animal blood can carry.

Stay tuned, I’ll tell you the simple trick to cooking your meat…

[headline_arial_medium_left color=”#000000″]Animals That Have Diseases Or Have Died Naturally[/headline_arial_medium_left]

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]‘He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, becoming unclean by it; I am the LORD.

Leviticus 22:8
[/features_box_yellow]

At first, this may sound strange.

The meat you find at your local grocery store must be healthy for you right?

WRONG!

A quick search on YouTube will show you the horrible conditions in modern slaughterhouses. Many of these animals are sick and even die before slaughter – but they’re used anyways.

Remember, when you eat an animals flesh, you are basically eating what it eats.  The same way that animals treated with antibiotics or hormones are bad for us.

If these animals were healthy to begin with, why would they need to be pumped full of drugs and antibiotics just to make them fit for eating?

Keeping these meats in your diet may be as simple as a quick change at the grocery store. I’ll teach you what you look for and what to avoid….you may even see an improvement in your grocery bill…

[headline_arial_medium_left color=”#000000″]Shellfish[/headline_arial_medium_left]

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]“But whatever is in the seas and in the rivers that does not have fins and scales among all the teeming life of the water, and among all the living creatures that are in the water, they are detestable things to you.” – Leviticus 11:10[/features_box_yellow]

More Americans are allergic to shellfish than any other food.

Think about it….when you hear someone who get sick after a meal shellfish is usually the answer.

It’s no shock then that the Lord forbids this type of seafood.

Yes, if you’re not allergic you can still indulge now and then. But avoiding them will make you healthier and less susceptible to deadly food poisoning incidents.

[headline_arial_medium_left color=”#000000″]Pork and Swine[/headline_arial_medium_left]

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]Now the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying to them “speak to the children of Israel saying to them, ‘These are the animals which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth:  Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooks and chewing the cud – that you may eat.”  –Leviticus 11:1-3[/features_box_yellow]

Did you know that many pigs carry a variety of parasites in their  meat? Some of these parasites are difficult to kill even when cooking. Pigs also digest food very quickly which means it becomes part of their flesh. This means when you eat pork you are just one step and several hours removed from whatever filth the pig consumed.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel good about eating anything that I first have to kill bacteria just to eat it.

Pigs carry many diseases with them. And by eating their meat we put ourselves at higher risk of getting one of these painful, often debilitating diseases (not to mention put our bodies on toxic overload.)

BUT, there is a way you can still enjoy bacon, pork chops, and even pork ribs IF you follow the word of God.  I’ll show you how in just a moment.

Now I know what you’re thinking…

[headline_arial_medium_centered color=”#323299″]There Are Plenty of Rules in the Bible We Don’t Follow, Why Should I Care About These?[/headline_arial_medium_centered]

Because these are the ones that work. And they can add years (healthy years) on to your life.

For many, the thought of living until 90 has lost it’s appeal because we associate a low quality of life with old age.

But when we come across those old timers who are still sharp as a whip, we look at them with admiration.

Heck, most of the time these people have more energy than us! They never get sick, they stay sharp right until the very end, and when the end does come they go peacefully instead of suffering until their last breath.

Have you ever wondered how they do it?

Dr. Frank has found that in almost every case, their health, strength and mental toughness was directly linked to what they ate.

But Dr. Frank knows that removing foods you love just isn’t practical.

Dr. Frank teaches his patients how to keep these foods in their life without all of the nasty consequences.

His teachings can do the same for you.

That’s because the foods we eat today are literally speeding up the way we age.

But…

[headline_arial_medium_centered color=”#323299″]There Are Over 157 Foods, Supplements and Herbs That We CAN Eat According to the Bible[/headline_arial_medium_centered]

The Bible doesn’t just tell us what we CAN’T eat.

It is also a guide to curing illness and living a more natural and healthy lifestyle. But, sadly many Americans choose to ignore God’s advice.

It’s a guide to taking our food and medicine back to it’s spiritual and historical roots.

That’s why I’ve been so blessed to meet Dr Frank.

Once I started working with him, it became very clear that I had stumbled on something special.

Now I know it’s my duty to help others get their hands on this information.

And if I were to keep this information just for myself, I’d be ignoring one of the most important lessons of The Bible…

[features_box_yellow width=”75%” + border=”2px”]“Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.” – Philippians 2:4[/features_box_yellow]

So Dr. Frank and I decided to put everything he taught me in one place that would be easy for you to access.
