POLL: Should the government be tracking Americans?

In Asian countries, the government is tracking citizens’ cell phones to see their movements in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak.

And it’s already happening here.  As you cross the border to Utah, you’ll get an automatic text from the state government asking if you’re suffering from COVID-19 symptoms.
