Spiritual Approach To Life

Dr. Frank B. Smoot, MA, DD

There are many benefits to having a spiritual approach to life. If you really understand that (a) there IS a plan, and (b) that YOU are part of it, then it allows you to let go of all the frenzy and worry, and live in a state of peace and relaxation, in the confidence that your best interests are already planned for.

Non-spiritual people will be quick to label this attitude a “cop-out.” But the truth is that this is actually a much more empowered and resourceful way to live.
